We woke up this morning to snow!! The kids could not get their school work done fast enough to get out the door and play in it. That is the down side of home schooling, no snow days. Kurt didn't have to go to work so he took the pictures for me and even played with the kids. I am not a huge fan of being out in the cold and snow so I stayed in and stayed warm.

We got some snow too. Sounds like the kids took advantage of it.
how pretty, I want snow
Oh, I can't believe that we're nearing the end of January and we're still waiting to get enough snow for the kids to play in. Allie's been praying for snow this week, though, so things could change!

How fun! We don't get snow in the south very often so I love seeing the pictures!
The home looks beautiful, love seeing the flag fly. We have a flag but no snow. We are not home schooling but all the museums we have visited lately seems like we are having some home school features. I love the combination of both. Your family looks great. Happy Chinese New Year!

My girls would have loved it!! Sure it was fun!!
Hi. My name is Mary and we are hopefully leaving the end of Feb. to pick up our 5 year old daughter in Guangxi. I am planning on homeschooling her next year and my 8 year old daughter who attends a Christian School presently. I wanted to give them a year of bonding and being together whether I continue the following year is to be determined. Anyways, that would give me a Kindergartener and a 3rd grader. I have absolutely no idea where to begin, or where to look. I will also have a then 3 year old at home, so I would like to include her in some Pre-K stuff too! Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Mary
