We are moving!!!
Since we visited Kurt's family in South Dakota in August, Kurt has been looking for a job there. He has now found one!!! Kurt leaves in May and the kids and I will follow when we sell the house. Most of us are still very excited about the move. Please pray that everything goes smoothly.
I am sure that anyone who follows my blog probably figured that I have fallen off the face of the earth since it has been so long since I have posted anything to my blog. But I am planning to post everyday the first year that we are in South Dakota. I anticipate many changes in our lives when we move and I will be writing all about it. I promise. LOL

Congratulations on your husband's new job. It sounds like you look forward to being closer to family. I hope the kids are happy, too. I know that they will be sad to leave their friends.
(My great-grandparent from Vermont went out west to Pierre, South Dakota in 1890 on a land grant. They stayed for three years and then returned. I always think they were very brave.)
Wow! Sad that I won't be seeing you at future GIFT gatherings.

I hope the transition is a smooth one! I don't doubt there will be many changes. An exciting time, for sure!
