Today was a pretty good day. I took K to the eye doctor. Everything looks good for her. Her glasses prescription actually did not change.
Then this afternoon I went to the gym with Kurt. Oh my goodness, I am sore. I went four days without any physical therapy or going to the gym. Bad idea. I am trying to get into a routine of going and it is difficult. But when I don't go, wow do I hurt.
